Fear Not
When I was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer in 2021, the decisions arrived the same day the news did. What do I do. What do I eat. What do I drink. What do I stop. I had to figure it out with my feet to the fire. This book exists so you will not have to.
Fear Not is an action-oriented guide to integrative health and healing, built around my own experience and the integrative path I chose. It is not a memoir. It moves from the why, the body is intelligent and always working for you, into the how, the kitchen, the steps, the daily practices, and it ends on the ground that held all of it.
My intention is to help ignite faith within and hand over the steps you can use alongside the medical care of your choice. Not to convince you my way is the right one. To enrich yours.
The book is in its final stages. Leave your email below and you will be the first to know.
